Inquiries and preliminary discussions on training requirements

As individual and project-related training ensures that participants get involved quickly, extensive preparatory discussions are held in advance. The following questions, among others, are clarified: What previous knowledge do the participants have? What expectations do the participants have? Have they already worked with an analysis tool and what was their experience with it? Is there a current project example that can be used to design the training?

Individual training concept and audit of the data situation in the company

We develop individual learning paths and learning locations for each company and each training group so that participants can pursue content at their own pace and in their preferred environment. Together with taod, we develop a needs-oriented learning strategy that is used in the training sessions. As we work with our own data, we carry out a data audit in advance and prepare the data.

Procedure and implementation of the training courses

On the first day of training, we will cover the basics of Power BI Desktop or Tableau, including data connection, transformation and creating clean data models for KPI-based dashboards.

On the second day, participants will learn to apply more complex calculations and parameters for real-world dashboards to best integrate the tool into their business use cases.

Ongoing enablement and needs-based coaching

After the training, our consultants are available to answer any questions and challenges. We offer flexible coaching budgets to provide assistance with specific project issues.
